Saturday, April 16, 2022 Hike Announcement

The River-to-River Trail Society announces its seventh guided hike of the Spring, 2022 hiking season, on Saturday, April 16, in the north part of Burden Falls Wilderness. This hike is free and open to the public. It will be a hike of between five and six miles, of moderate difficulty, intended for people in good health who have done some walking. Hikers will visit Sand Hill and the iron bridge, and can hope to find wild bluebells in profusion. Hiking sticks and boots or sturdy shoes are recommended. Hikers should bring their own water and a snack. No dogs, please.
