An update on John O’Dell
Hi All, We have just found out our founder John O’Dell has contracted Covid-19 and has been moved to a 24-hour care facility. His wife Marilee also had Covid-19, but is apparently recovering. They are staying in the same complex, but she is unable to visit John at this time, although she can talk to him on the telephone. For anybody who might want to send a card, whether Christmas or Get-well, to John and Marilee, their address is:

Stay strong John. I’ll never forget your kindness in giving me a tour of the River to River lands in 97 or 98, and a shout out to Marilee as well for the two of you offering your place overnight before I headed back to northern Illinois the next day. What an amazing landscape that you’ve introduced so many people to.
